• Each machine will be provided with user manual;
• For any machine fault, we will quickly respond to the issue with an appropriate solution within 24 hours;
• Lifetime maintenance service is guaranteed. During the warranty period of 12 months, we are responsible for all replacement parts costs and our maintenance personnel travel expenses for those machine faults that are not caused by human factors. If any problem occurs because of machine quality, the warranty period will be extended accordingly.
