KN95/ N95 Mask

Folded and bonded by ultrasonic technology, KN95/N95 masks can be designed with a breathing valve. N95/KN95 is effectively used for the filtration of aerosol particles with diameter of 0.075µm±0.020µm, with filtration efficiency up to 95%.

• Step 1: Multi-layer fabrics bonded together by the ultrasonic welding system
• Step 2: Inserts nose clip into the mask body
• Step 3: Earloop welded onto both sides of the mask body
• Step 4: Side sealing by ultrasonic technology
